Excel : How to create a Chart

 

  1. Select the data for which you want to create a chart from the table.
  2. Click INSERT > select a Chart
  3. On the Recommended Charts tab, scroll through the list of charts that Excel recommends for your data. 
  4. Click any chart to see how your data will look. ...
  5. When you find the chart you like, click it > OK.
  6. Display Chart in relevant page 
  7. Save the work
